Al-Nasr Club announced the success of the surgery undergone by its player, Gustavo Alex. The operation was performed yesterday in the Portuguese city of Porto under the supervision of a specialized medical team. The club stated on its official website that medical examinations confirmed the player has a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, resulting from an injury he sustained during the Al-Nasr vs. Baniyas match in the ninth round of the ADNOC Pro League. This necessitated surgical intervention. The player will begin a period of recovery and rehabilitation in the coming weeks, following the medical program set by the medical staff, in preparation for his return to the field once he is fully fit.
